Last Saturday, Valencia Community College added 7,192 graduates to the more than 80,000 graduates since 1967. In fact, they did more than that. They also added them to a bus.
That’s right, a Lynx Bus. In past years, Valencia would recognize its graduates by listing their names in a full page ad in the Orlando Sentinel. This year, Push worked with Valencia to take an even more visible approach.
Push designed and developed a bus wrap that not only showcased all graduates, and recognized honors students in red — but also displayed the message “The 2011 Valencia Grads are Going Places. Congrats!”
The bus was parked outside of the commencement facility for students, friends and families to take pictures with their name. The bus will continue to be seen around town for two months including stops at Valencia’s East Campus.
