Account Supervisor

 Job posts Responsibilities:

Act as main point of contact with client for all day-to-day operations.

Partner with client to identify opportunities, devise strategy, implement solutions, and measure results for future growth of client’s business.

Supervise, train and nurture account staff.

Thoroughly understand, communicate and advocate the agency POV.

In conjunction with account planning, providing high level analysis of category research and competitive data. Active in strategic development.

Work closely with account team, traffic, media, production and creative to ensure high quality agency output.

Manage and enforce project deadlines.

Brand champion.

Requirements:

Restaurant experience, specifically within casual dining, preferred.

Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Must be able to "multitask" and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Demonstrated ability in developing and successfully executing traditional and non-traditional campaigns from conception to completion.

New media and interactive experience, including website design and production desired, but not required.

Basic knowledge of research practices, methodologies, analysis and measurement.

5 to 7 years relevant experience, 3 to 4 of which must be in an agency environment.
