ARS/Rescue Rooter Home Connect
 Work ARS/Rescue Rooter’s Home Connect is an online resource center for information, answers and interactive advice about air conditioning, heating, plumbing and drain maintenance.  The blog-centric site features a panel of ARS/Rescue Rooter experts writing about common HVAC and plumbing problems and concerns, encouraging consumers to comment and interact with the site.  Home Connect also offers a "Submit a Question to the Experts" option, allowing users to send their specific problems directly to the experts for answers, and to possibly get their submission posted on the blog.  Users can browse the site by its categories, archives or search function and can also quickly email interesting blog postings to a friend. The site provides a resource for customers to get information without having to call a costumer service representative to schedule a time for a tech to visit your home.
