Get ready to put on your black and gold, and UKNIGHT with fellow UCF supporters. Today marked the kickoff for the UCF Athletics UKNIGHT campaign, promoting their upcoming football season.
As the country’s third-largest university, UCF wanted a campaign that would get Orlando residents to take ownership of the Knights. Since more than 40% of Pushers are UCF alumni or have a direct association with the college — the opportunity to work with this client hit us close to home. In fact, that statistic was a key factor in their agency selection process.
Push was challenged to come up with a rally cry of sorts to bring the entire community together. The first thought was to “Unite” them — and then eyes locked across the room as a simple spelling change became the campaign. UCF...UKNIGHT.
Promoting the upcoming football season, UKNIGHT can be seen on billboards and in TV commercials, heard on radio ads and experienced in Central Florida movie theaters However, it wont stop there. UKNIGHT is intended to spread across all of UCF’s athletics, bringing groups of different interests, backgrounds and and __ together to support the school they love.
