Associate Creative Director - Design

Push is looking for an Associate Creative Director with an Art/Design background to join our creative team. As ACD, you will lead creatives in developing campaigns, branding initiatives, day-to-day projects and more from start to finish. You will also be responsible for maintaining and advancing the design and visual aesthetics for all Push clients. A strong sense of design, art direction and conceptual ideation is a must. You should also be able to prioritize multiple projects at once and solve challenges as they come. If you have a proven track record of building relationships, are comfortable presenting to clients and can mentor up-and-coming jr. creatives you may be a good fit. In terms of experience, Push is looking for an ACD with:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • At least 6 years of ad agency, in-house creative or design firm experience
  • A portfolio of groundbreaking work and multi-channel creative campaigns
  • A strong communicator with exceptional presentation skills, an ability to clearly articulate ideas, engage in healthy debate and incorporate feedback
  • Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team to solve complex challenges
  • Experience leading preproduction, photo and video shoots
  • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects on the same timeline
  • Proficiency designing in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Keynote
  • Familiarity with an understanding of video editing and After Effects is a huge plus
  • A finger on the pulse of what’s next in design, campaigns and trending technology
  • A hands-on approach making and leading projects
  • Hybrid model work
  • Work on national brands
