Director of Integrated Media

The Director of Integrated Media will be responsible for driving Push and its clients forward in what is now and what is next in all integrated media channels, with a heavy focus on digital media. This leadership role at Push will oversee the media buying and social teams, providing strategic leadership both internally and externally ensuring that Push’s talent and clients successfully grow.

At Push, the Integrated Media Team collaborates with every other department (Account Services, Creative and Interactive) to help make great work. And the Director of Integrated Media participates in helping to determine the direction and culture for Push, as well as rolls up his/her sleeves to jump in and tackle any project.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of media planning experience from strategic recommendations to reporting for digital, traditional and social media platforms
  • Proven record of growing and mentoring a team, highlighting every individual’s strengths and helping improve their weaknesses
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, as the expert in every area of media
  • Ability to deliver sound strategy that supports clients’ business objectives, with the most efficient use of their budgets
  • Well-versed in a full-funnel integrated media marketing approached
  • Data-driven thinking, with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights
  • Highly organized and able to oversee a large number of clients, campaigns, and budgets Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Resourceful, problem-solving skills Pulse on trends, changes, and what’s next across all media platforms
  • Proficient in Google’s Marketing Platform (display, campaign manager, analytics), Facebook Ads Manager, social media management tool (SocialBakers, SproutSocial, etc.), analytics dashboards (DashThis, AgencyAnalytics, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration, teamwork, learning, and sharing across every department at Push
  • Be a leader that the team can rely on to advise clients on integrated media strategies
  • Oversee planning, buying, execution, optimizations and reporting across all owned and paid channels including television, radio, print, out-of-home, digital, social, and mobile media
  • Guide teams in establishing clear, trackable KPIs that are supported by the best performing placements
  • Develop media briefs, planning calendars, estimates, content calendars, and reports
  • Launch and monitor paid and organic campaigns, schedule content, optimize buys, and participate in community management
  • Proactively enhance processes to help the teamwork efficiently
  • Craft and present decks that clearly communicate thoughts
  • Participate and support Push’s new business opportunities that grow revenue and profitability
  • Own, monitor, and forecast client and departmental budgets with accuracy and timeliness
