Integrated Media Coordinator

As an Integrated Media Coordinator at Push, you will help support the integrated media team in all aspects of supporting and growing the agency’s integrated media clients. A critical piece to the agency’s success, the team collaborates with every department (Account Service, Creative and Interactive) to create amazing work.

In this role, we’d like you to be constantly curious and thoughtful as you learn how to input data and review it, as well as provide critical thinking and insight for all media channels (search, display, social, print, OOH, OTT, radio, etc.)

Here’s what we are looking for:

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of digital, traditional and/or paid social media experience
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for all media channels and a strong desire to learn and build knowledge in this space
  • Working knowledge of a media campaign process
  • Proactive ability to multitask as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
  • Proficient in Numbers and/or Excel

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the integrated media team to organize the workflow and communication throughout the campaign process
  • Support media campaign setup, tracking and publishing
  • Collaborate with Account and Creative teams to communicate needs and timelines
  • Maintain data integrity across all campaigns to ensure proper setup of reporting dashboards and reports
  • Assist with additional projects like new channel and tactic research, case study development and keeping the integrated media department organized
