Media Supervisor
As a Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving Push and its clients forward in what is now and what is next in all media channels, with a heavy focus on digital media. This individual will be responsible for campaign strategy, media planning, buying and campaign performance success. You’re well-versed in a full-funnel integrated media marketing approach. You are an expert negotiator, strategic thinker and creative problem-solver. At Push, you’ll work closely with the Media team and collaborate with every other department (Account Management, Creative, Interactive and Finance) and vendors to create amazing work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience with media planning and buying
- Highly organized, process-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to oversee a large number of clients, campaigns, and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills / experienced and comfortable interfacing with clients
- Excellent quantitative skills—proficient with Excel or Numbers
- Pulse on trends, changes, and what’s next across all media platforms
- Strong work ethic with a steadfast commitment to success
- Comfortable with and excited about learning new tools and platforms and researching new information if/when necessary
- Proficient in Google’s Marketing Platform (search, display, campaign manager, analytics), Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, TikTok, and analytics dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Data Studio, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, as the expert in every area of media
- Maintain a strong knowledge of clients’ business and marketing goals to proactively plan, place and optimize media across all channels
- Provide thought-leadership on paid media strategies and new technologies
- Deliver strategically sound, brand-tailored media plans that supports clients’ objectives, with the most efficient use of their budgets
- Write media briefs, develop flowcharts, estimates, media presentations and POV documents communicating media recommendations to clients and other audiences
- Prepare reports, distilling large amounts of data to compelling and actionable insights and recommendations
- Participate in client meetings and serve as a media lead on your assigned accounts
- Craft and present decks that clearly communicate thoughts and strategies
- Cultivate an environment of collaboration, teamwork, learning, proactive communication and sharing across every department at Push
