Entry Level Traffic Coordinator

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for project flow within the agency and acts as liaison between account management and the creative teams. This person will assist in coordinating all project schedules and ensure on-time delivery of all assigned projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules and design resources to ensure on-time delivery of all assigned projects
  • Communicate project schedules and status updates to team members and account executives.
  • Review all completed projects to ensure all included information is accurate and all project requirements were met
  • Actively participate in team meetings and agency initiatives
  • Prepare job production estimates and purchase orders

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience Required:

  • Associates degree in marketing, advertising or a related subject, or the equivalent work experience.
  • Traffic or project management experience within an advertising agency, graphic design firm, internal corporate or pre-press department a plus
  • Experience working with a formal project-management system to track projects and coordinate resources a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational abilities & proven ability to multi-task
